Using this website

You may browse this site and use the enquiry form to ask about a stay. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

Enquiries are not confirmed bookings

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not reserve a room. A booking exists only once we confirm it to you directly, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Rooms are limited and availability shown or described on this site may change before we reply.

Rates and information

Rates, room descriptions, photographs and distances on this site are given in good faith and can change without notice. The rate that applies to your stay is the one confirmed to you at the time of booking. Taxes are charged as required by law.

Your stay

Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is by 12:00, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
Every guest must present valid government photo identification at check-in. Indian law requires us to record it.
Cancellation, no-show and early-departure terms are those communicated to you when your booking is confirmed. If you booked through a travel site, that site's cancellation terms apply instead.
We may decline or end a stay where a guest's conduct endangers or seriously disturbs other guests, our staff, or the property.

Bookings made through travel sites

If you booked through MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb or any other travel platform, that platform's terms govern the booking, its payment and its cancellation. These terms still cover your use of this website.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party travel and map services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
